How to book?
The easiest way to book your airport transfer is via the secure online booking form. After we receive your booking request, you'll receive an email confirming your booking in 10 minutes. You can also call us on +420 604 965 000 or send an email.
Meet and Greet
The driver will meet you inside the arrivals lounge holding a sign showing your name. The driver knows which Terminal is the right one if terminal 1 or 2. He will help you with your luggage and escort you to the vehicle. For private airport transfers, and train stations meet and greet service is included in the price.
Flight Monitoring
Your arrival flight will be monitored on drivers smartphone for delays. If your flight is delayed your reservation will be automatically updated and the driver will arrive at the meeting point at the actual arrival time of your flight. If your flight is cancelled, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
Free Waiting Time
For pick ups from airports the driver will wait for up to 60 minutes from the flight actual arrival time, at no extra cost. If you are delayed in customs, immigration, baggage collection or lost luggage you must make contact +420 604 965 000 to ensure that your driver will wait even after the waiting period has ended. There may be a waiting time charge after the free waiting period has ended.
Cancellations
You will not be charged for cancellations.
